Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation received | Refund
  • Through January 9, 2027 — 90+ days before | All payments refunded, minus the $300 deposit
  • January 10–February 8 — 60–89 days before | 50% of payments made beyond the $300 deposit
  • February 9 onward — fewer than 60 days before | No refund; an approved replacement guest may take the spot
  • If the retreat is canceled by the owner | Full refund, including the deposit

The total retreat investment starts at $1,500 per person. We host this gathering for a group Limited to 10 women during April 9–12, 2027 | Blue Ridge, Georgia.
