Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please review the cancellation and refund policy below before reserving your spot.
- Through January 9, 2027 — 90+ days before: All payments refunded, minus the $300 deposit
- January 10–February 8 — 60–89 days before: 50% of payments made beyond the $300 deposit
- February 9 onward — fewer than 60 days before: No refund; an approved replacement guest may take the spot
- If the retreat is canceled by the owner: Full refund, including the deposit
