Meet Sheena
My name is Sheena, and I’m an Atlanta-based film producer and the founder of Sheena Wellness Retreat & Co. I created this retreat because mental health and mental peace are deeply personal to me. My heart is to offer women a soft place to land — somewhere they can step away from the noise, slow down, and reconnect.
This retreat was inspired by my own personal journey and my desire to give back. My hope is that every woman who attends leaves feeling rejuvenated, empowered, and more connected to herself.
